2016 has been an incredible year for us at XM Performance (and for our non-profit Global Fusion). In a strong North Texas economy we have had hundreds of opportunities to serve business owners and solve their most pressing problems. Creating focus, developing leaders, and building teams that deliver Xtra Mile Results.
I want to share an important reminder to owners and leaders everywhere. As Christmas approaches, as families gather together, park your work for 5-6 days and hang out. Be there 100% for your family, friends, and neighbors. Test your limits and put your phone and laptop in the closet. Learning to REST is a key component for being your creative best, as well as long-term growth.
“Thankful” is too small of a word when we think of our clients and extended network of friends. Know that we get much joy from our work with you.
