Fanni Gambero
Originally from Hungary, she answers to Fannie—but gently correct you. Her professional journey took flight in 2018 when she joined the XM team. What began as an office admin role grew into a full-time passion for Executive Assistance. Fanni launched a new service for our firm and a powerful B2B networking group, so now she serves as the Chief Business Xcelerator—sharing the impact of our work with future clients. Outside of office hours, you’ll usually find Fanni on the dance floor as a passionate ballroom and social dancer, or at home with her two wonderful children—her Son and her Moon.

Carmela serves as the Training and Operations Manager at XM Performance, holding a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a certified TTI Consultant designation. With diverse experience across corporate environments, construction, and a family-owned contracting firm, she deeply understands the small and medium-sized business (SMB) world. A mother of six grown children, Carmela is passionate about developing talent and is committed to building high-performing teams people want to join.
