In today’s hot economy, most of our clients are struggling to hire the talent they need to manage growth. The best prospects for our increasingly technology based work are often from the Millennial generation. This young generation has a ton of potential, and they are hungry for great leadership to help them unlock it.
In his book Drive, Daniel Pink makes the profound conclusion that ‘What science knows about motivation, businesses do not do.’ Most humans, not just Millennials, are hungry for meaningful work. Business Owners and Entrepreneurs, lead with the big picture of making an impact for the greater good, or you will miss out on the highest levels of employee engagement. Trading time for a paycheck is so 20th century. It’s not me, it’s you.
