I was a competitive wrestler in high school, and later in the Army. We practiced and trained all week for weekend competitions that would hopefully include 6-8 head to head matches. Hours and hours of conditioning, drills, and sparring for a handful of six-minute matches.
This equation is totally upside down for most business owners. We are always performing, always in the game. Rarely do we make time for practice, drills, and sparring that will make us better leaders, better communicators, better business men and women.
With just a small commitment of time and resources, you can drastically change your business performance. We can help you create clarity, develop a written plan, learn to delegate effectively. Want to make 2017 your best year ever?
Don’t forget to Practice!!
