In the current positive economy, most of our clients are suffering from indigestion; too much work and too few workers to deliver excellence.  Three steps we can take to alleviate this problem.

  1. Owners must spend dedicated strategic time creating a process and plan to Recruit, Hire, Train and Develop talent.
  2. If you don’t have one, put a basic benefits package together. Often this is not as expensive as you might think.
  3. Be the kind of leader that inspires and challenges people to their best performance ever.
